I'm Melting! Melting!

I've lost another 1.2 lbs. as of this morning. Total lost since Monday: 5 lbs! The first week is always the easiest. It's not uncommon for some people to lose 10 pounds in the first week. The body is getting accustomed to the new regimen. Soon it will start to think that it's starving so then the body starts hoarding fat. That's where exercise comes in.
